PORT
Poças has been making Port in Vila Nova de Gaia since 1918, and this is the whole range, sorted by the way each wine ages. Tawnies that spend their years in cask, from 10 Years to 50. Colheitas from a single harvest, aged in wood and bottled ready to drink. LBV, and Vintage, declared only in truly exceptional years, which goes on evolving in bottle for decades.
White Ports are here too, including a dry one for the aperitif hour. If this is a first bottle, a 10 Years Tawny is the easiest place to start: old enough to show the dried fruit, young enough to stay fresh.
