 Tasting notes

Intense ruby. Great aromatic intensity with a predominance of ripe fruit, woodland fruit, with a hint of mint. Full-bodied, dense, elegant. Fruity with a smooth texture.

 Food pairing

Ideal as a dessert or convivial wine, superb with high quality cheeses like Stilton and Roquefort, and also dark chocolate but also with a pepper steak.
